Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Live Stream Assistant Showrunner to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of live streaming shows. This role requires a blend of technical skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for fashion and sneakers. Endurance is a quintessential part of the position as it demands high energy to maintain the fast, but efficient pace of the show. This role serves as secondary supervision by ensuring that the correct items are being provided to the host of the show. This work environment requires a team mentality. There isn’t any position that is exempt from aiding in the success of every team member. We value having fun, but more importantly we value working extremely hard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Show/Stream Support: Assist in the planning and coordination of live streaming shows, ensuring all technical and logistical aspects are covered.
- Technical Assistance: Help set up, test, and operate live streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting, and streaming software.
- Content Preparation: Collaborate with the showrunner and marketing team to prepare content for live streams.
- On-the-Day Support: Provide support during live shows, including managing communication across teams and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Audience Engagement: Monitor and engage with viewers in real-time, responding to questions and comments to enhance the viewer experience.
- Post-Event Tasks: Assist in compiling reports and conducting retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous enhancement of our live streaming capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in live streaming, event coordination, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of live streaming technologies and platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
