Job Overview:
(Spanish-speaking) Cell Phone Sales Rep
The Basics:
- Job Type: Permanent (not temp)
- Location: Onsite in East Boston, MA (02128)
- Pay: Base pay is $14-16/HR + $4-5/Extra with commissions = $18-21/HR
- Schedule: 8-hour base shift (between business hours)
- Hours: On average work 45 HRS/week. There is Overtime Pay for anything over 40 HRS.

Responsibilities:
Duties:
- Providing a world-class customer experience, encouraging sales, and building customer loyalty.
- Hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
- Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions such as accessories and products for your customer.
- Treat all customers respectfully and compassionately.
- Promote our wide coverage and lightning-fast 5G network.
- Break down multiple phone plans, explaining the benefits.
- Completes 3-5 days of virtual training, 1 week with trainer in-store, then training with manager in-store (PAID).
- Resolve issues and take responsibility for making sure customers leave satisfied and happy.
- Support team initiatives and create an inclusive environment for all people regardless of background.
Essential Functions:
- Standing for 8 hours at one time
- Working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
- Working weekends
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED (preferred)
- Good attitude
- Takes direction well

- Ability to pass a background check
- Some flexibility in your schedule - it's retail
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months of customer service/sales experience in a Retail environment (preferred)
