The Key Account Manager will be responsible for spearheading the growth of our Fortune 500 accounts in this high-visibility role. As a dynamic and integral part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our relationships with Enterprise Accounts. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Senior Relationship Management:
- Act as the face of the World Group and Quarterback for Enterprise, Fortune 500 Customers
- Develop and own strong relationships with senior stakeholders at Enterprise Accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded
- Commercial Acumen:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of commercial dynamics with a heavy emphasis on deal management and negotiation
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and provide innovative solutions to address client needs
- Create and maintain visibility of sales pipeline and activity/results reporting
- Ensure that opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling are identified based on a deep understanding of the customer’s business model and pain points
- Proactive Problem Solving:
- Anticipate and address challenges before they arise, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance client satisfaction
- Organizational Navigation:
- Navigate client organizations effectively, building rapport and delivering results with authority
- Deepen and widen the relationships between the World Group and the customer through active stakeholder management across all relevant geographies and business divisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and drive successful outcomes
- Sharing of best practices throughout the World Group organization
- Navigate a matrixed organizational structure
- Financial Management:
- Implement strategies to optimize account profitability while maintaining client satisfaction
- Project Management Expertise:
- Serve as an expert project manager, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills
- Coordinate and quarterback complex scenarios, ensuring successful project delivery
- Develop Account plans and development roadmaps outlining the growth opportunities and strategic engagement with these customers with specific growth/partnership initiatives
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- Proven ability to materially grow a Fortune 500 book of business
- Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand and manage financial aspects of accounts
- Proficient in project management, with a track record of successfully leading complex initiatives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Willing to travel frequently to meet with clients, attend conferences, and participate in business-related events
