Business Development Manager AirOcean Freight

Salary: $75k to $125k base + benefits

Location: Hybrid

About the Role:

We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager with at least 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales, specializing in international air/ocean freight. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in securing new business and growing existing accounts. This is a hunter role with a rewarding commission scheme.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
2. Grow revenue and market share within your assigned territory.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Collaborate with the Branch Manager to exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of sales experience in freight forwarding (air/ocean).
2. Proven ability to onboard clients and increase market share.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Skills:

1. Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
2. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
3. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
