Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY
The AVP, HR Leader will oversee the strategy and execution of all Human Resource functions (including HRBP, Shared Services, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Data/Analytics, Benefits, and I&D) and activities for all regions of CenterWell Home Health and will be the single point of HR accountability for all aforementioned functions. The team will function as one intact team leveraging process center expertise, regardless of reporting relationships.
Responsibilities of the AVP include, but are not limited to:

1. Drive strategic impact of the human capital plan
2. Drive consistent HR best practice and execution of delivery
3. Direct human capital strategy
4. Drive culture in partnership with leadership
5. Develop Home Health specific policies
6. Operational oversight for all regions
7. Partner and support Home Health specific initiatives and programs
8. Execute on market relevant compensation programs
9. Drive and ensure execution of recruiting strategy with flawless execution to ensure staffing effectiveness to meet center needs
10. Direct supervisory oversight of HRBP team for Home Health; dotted line accountability for other HR assigned partners
11. Facilitate annual HR processes within Home Health leveraging HR partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 10 or more years' deep HR experience across multiple HR disciplines, preferably in an operational environment
• Previous direct leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Experience implementing and measuring success on complex initiatives
• Ability to think strategically, work independently, and direct the work of a large matrixed team
• Strong relationship building skills
• Process-focused, with ability to drive meaningful process improvement and user experience

• Master's degree

Additional Information
Remote location is flexible and remote, anywhere across the US. Requires travel as business needs dictate.
Work-At-Home Requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mbps download x 10mbps upload) is required. Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role. A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
