Position Summary
As a part of Walmart Global Tech Replenishment Product Management team, you will help build industry defining Planning and Forecasting capabilities that are driver based and enabled by Machine Learning and statistical modeling that enable transparency, governance, and automation. The goals involve building a portfolio of products to answer topline, strategic and tactical questions such as, where will Walmart's growth come in the next year? what about the next 3-5 years? which product lines are poised for exponential growth? are we investing enough in our network topography? are we sourcing from the right suppliers with the right delivery times? These predictions are a key input into optimization and planning algorithms that determine how much inventory needs to be procured, how much labor needs to be staffed in warehouses etc. With accurate predictions, the goal is to drive down supply chain costs, enabling everyday lower prices and better in-stock for our customers.

- Defining vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives.
- Developing and enhancing products (end to end ownership) - you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.
- Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business goals, communicating and prioritizing product roadmaps, and gaining buy-in from executive leadership.
- Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs.
- Building a team environment by selecting, training, and mentoring a team of Product Managers.

Responsibilities
- Directs product initiatives by ensuring critical business issues, country needs, and core product strategies are addressed in product decisions; driving resource allocation decisions; and setting the standard for Product Manager deliverables.
- Ensures the delivery of the product area portfolio by overseeing the development of product specifications, product road maps, and other product management deliverables, and managing and communicating trade-off decisions to product management leadership.
- Leads the formulation of product vision and strategy for a single product area by researching and recommending new products, tools, and applications; supporting Product Managers to uncover latent customer needs, competitive threats, and emerging trends through research; balancing scope of development projects to make the most efficient use of resources; and ensuring that Product Managers use accurate and robust financial modeling and scenario analysis for major initiatives.
- Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.
- Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting, selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and existing talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree + 10 Years' Experience or Master's Degree + 8 Years' Experience.
- Must be able and willing to think and act strategically and tactically.
- Supply chain systems experience with demonstrated technical solutions delivered.
- Prior experience on any supply chain planning tool, or similar analytical products is preferred.

Salary
The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00. Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years' experience in product management.
- Option 2: 13 years' experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
Outlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
- Supervisory experience.
