What You'll Do: As a Hospice CNA, you'll play a vital role in providing personal health care and support services to patients in their homes. You'll help create a safe, comfortable environment, while working closely with patients, families, and your team to ensure the highest standard of care. Personal Care: Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. Patient & Family Support: Work compassionately with patients and their loved ones, ensuring they feel safe and cared for. Communication: Keep your supervisor updated on patient conditions and any issues that may arise, ensuring smooth and effective care delivery. Safe & Clean Environment: Help maintain a hygienic and orderly space for patients in their homes. Qualifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in the state of application. A positive attitude and strong communication skills. Dedication to delivering high-quality care to patients and their families. Reliable transportation to travel within your coverage area. Preferred: Previous experience in hospice or home health care. Comfortable driving in winter conditions and willingness to cover other areas as needed.
