We offer both 1:1 coaching and group programs to meet the diverse needs of our clients and assist them in achieving long-term success.

Online Customer Chat Specialists deliver an exceptional initial impression on behalf of our customers by promptly addressing online chat inquiries. You will provide in-depth knowledge about specific products and services and identify consumer preferences and needs. All communication with consumers takes place via our web-based live chat console.

Each Chat Specialist is responsible for engaging in dynamic conversations that drive consumers to choose to do business with us. Conversations are not scripted, and we take pride in building relationships and understanding the needs of our customers. Chat Specialists need to think quickly and deliver a personalized experience for each consumer based on their preferences and requirements. Therefore, the ability to multi-task, improvise, and type quickly is essential. Chat Specialists are also responsible for working in teams to meet individual and company benchmarks.

Duties

  • Responding to prospects in chat software, social media accounts, and email if needed
  • Scheduling a consultation between the prospective client and our Sales Representatives.
  • Keeping a detailed log of your contacts, including those who were not interested.
  • Following up with prospective clients who have shown interest in the past.
  • Open to stepping in to take calls ranging from 15 min calls to actual sales calls when needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be experienced at navigating website pages and quickly identifying information
  • Must have social media experience
  • Must have effective written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize quickly
  • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
  • Possess critical thinking skills
  • Adaptable
  • Career-oriented and professional
  • Experience as a Sales and/or Customer Service Associate is a plus

Pay

  • $4/hour- $6/hour USD plus commission.
