Working alongside a small team, the Operations AVP will be responsible for the processing and execution of back office level transactions.

• Process back office level transactions including loans, securities, letters of credit, and deposits
• Review documentation, payment instructions, and confirmation instructions
• Assume responsibility of letters of credit process
• Maintain familiarity with operations regulatory reporting
• Coordinate with colleagues to support internal audit procedures

Profile

• 10+ years of operations experience within a commercial bank
• Extensive knowledge of payment systems
• Experience dealing with audits
• College degree
• Spanish speaking a plus
