This role will work function as a permit specialist assembling digital packages for the replacement of residential windows. This includes filling out the Notice of Acceptance, Permit Application, Product Approval and site plan. In addition to putting together the permit package, the individual will be required to track the process through our CMS company program in order to communicate the status of the permit.

What You'll Bring:
- Clear, precise oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills to include Adobe PDF and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Knowledge of BlueBeam program- a plus!
- Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish- a plus!
- Competitive base pay between $16/hr to $17/hr based upon skills and experience
