FINANCE MANAGER (F&I) - DEALERSHIPS

We are looking for a Dealership F&I Manager to join our growing team! This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional who is excited by dealership F&I and passionate about customer service. We need a leader with a strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge, who can make credit decisions, submit deals to the company lenders for approval and help support the sales process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work directly with sales team and provide exceptional customer experience to establish relationships and drive loyalty.

Determine customer financing needs and payment options based on a consultative interview process

Build rapport with customers to create a base of referrals and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers

Assist in acquiring approval from lenders and understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders

Process finance transactions and ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.

Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions and contract or collect all money at closing.

Solicit extended warranty sales (aftermarket) and handle all cancellations for extended warranties and credit life.

Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy


QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Finance & Insurance within a dealership setting.

Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience and ability to set and achieve targeted goals.

Prior sales experience preferred.

Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Experience and desire to work with technology.
