We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual for the role of General Manager.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dealership, including sales, service, parts, and finance departments.
  3. Manage and mentor a team of department managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service quality.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and make informed business decisions.
  6. Maintain strong relationships with customers and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in automotive dealership management.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving overall dealership performance.
  3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in dealership management software and other relevant computer applications.
  6. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the automotive industry.

Summary:

Our Automotive Group is looking for a General Manager to lead our Dealership in Beckley, WV. You’ll work closely with management as well as the sales associate to ensure the business needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
  2. Build rapport with customers to establish customer network.
  3. Manage both New and Used Car Inventory.
  4. Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
  5. Help manage all other aspects of the Dealership.
  6. Be passionate about customer retention and CSI.
  7. Determine monthly and yearly forecasts.
  8. Work with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that will help the dealership meet its goals.
  9. Work with and lead our Fixed Operations Departments.
  10. Be a Servant Leader.

Requirements:

  1. Prior Automotive General Management experience preferred.
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  3. Understanding of inventory control.
  4. Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook, CRM).
  5. Professional.
  6. Strong work ethic.
  7. Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
  8. Proven Track Record of Operational Success.
