Job Title: CMS Specialist

Department: MIS (CMS)

We are looking for a CMS Specialist to join our team. The Cash Management Services (CMS) Specialist will assist the CMS Administrator in handling daily operations workflow and branch support to maintain system integrity, compliance requirements, and client satisfaction. The CMS Specialist is a key member of the team in building and expanding on client relationships by delivering strong digital banking and cash management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retain knowledge of Bank operations and CMS products including but not limited to Online Banking, Mobile Banking, ACH, eWire, Remote Deposit Capture, Cash Vault Services, Positive Pay (ACH & Check) and other services.
  • Handle inquiries and support requests while ensuring customer service quality.
  • Accurately perform customer setups on appropriate systems and provide training in all related areas.
  • Provide technical assistance to new and existing CMS clients.
  • Review Cash Management Applications and documentation for completeness.
  • Receive, research and resolve issues.
  • Perform daily review of reports, maintain and update necessary logs, conduct callbacks and detect and report unusual or suspicious activity.
  • Follow all Bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or client complaints.
  • Strong ability, desire and enjoyment in working with others as part of a diverse team as well as work independently.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and customer service skills with a high level of professionalism, whether over the phone, in person, or in writing.
  • General knowledge of operations regulations, banking laws, and accounting practices.
  • Present a professional image in dealing with clients, interdepartmental, and external representatives.
  • Bilingual in Korean and English is preferred.
