Commercial Property Manager

We are currently working with a well-established, local commercial real estate and property management agency seeking a Commercial Property Manager based in Charleston, SC. With a portfolio that includes commercial, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use, this Senior PM role will manage properties throughout the Charleston region. You will work closely with principals and finance/accounting teams while overseeing the property management division.

The office is located in downtown Charleston and, being part of the management staff, you will be needed to be present in the office regularly. The company offers a competitive salary, bonus, compensation on referrals, and profit sharing (in addition to PTO and healthcare benefits).

• Experience should include at least 8-10 years of commercial property management
• Strong comprehension of accounting related to property management income and expenses
• Ability to work in-office (downtown Charleston) daily
• Bachelor's degree and appropriate industry certifications/licenses required
