Brand and Product Marketing Strategy

We’re seeking a Sr Strategist to join LG’s Home Appliance and Home Electronics team to help define and shape the brand and product marketing strategy. This is an in-house agency role co-located with our client LG Electronics. You will partner closely with LG’s brand marketing group, surfacing insights and guiding communication strategies to pay off LG’s mission of Innovation for a Better Life .


Your Role:

  • Develop and execute an integrated digital advertising strategy across all digital media touchpoints, including programmatic display, online video, social media, search, website, etc. to drive both brand engagement and conversion
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and positioning across the line of products highlighting quality, reliability, innovation, and contribution to a better quality of life.
  • Lead product marketing communication efforts by collaborating with product leads to align marketing strategies with product features, consumer insights, and market trends to develop messaging frameworks and narratives.
  • Championing the use of data t o understand behaviors and uncover unexpected insight that inspires bold ideas.
  • Forge lasting client relationships , acting as a trusted advisor and strategist , helping to steer the brand’s positioning within the competitive landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Strategy and Execution : Develop integrated messaging frameworks and communication plans that resonate with customers throughout their purchase journey.
  • Data and Insights : Leverage tools like MRI, Mintel, and Google Campaign Manager 360 plus 1P sources like LG’s CDP & CX/VOC feedback to turn complex data into actionable strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Customer Journey Mapping : Ensure that messaging is aligned with customer touchpoints, from awareness to purchase, providing seamless and engaging experiences.


Your Expertise:

  • 5-7 years of experience in strategy and planning , with a focus on brand marketing and product marketing, particularly related to technology, home appliances, or related industries.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, communications strategy , and the ability to develop integrated strategies across digital, social, and traditional touchpoints.
  • Strong track record of collaborating across teams to align marketing with product development and consumer insights.
  • Proven experience in customer journey mapping and developing communication strategies that drive both engagement and sales.
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and dive into 1P data translating complex research into strategic masterpieces.
  • Familiarity with syndicated research tools such as MRI, Mintel, and TraQline is a plus.
  • Proficient in Site Analytics, Google Campaign Manager 360.
  • A storyteller and strategic thinker , capable of translating complex data into compelling brand narratives.
