Team Lead - Leasing Hub
Your responsibilities
In this role, you will support our French Leasing Hub team and play a crucial part in creating high-quality pitches and sales presentations, supporting our business development efforts.
Emphasis will be on:
- Engaging with local brokers and other business lines to ensure seamless communication and enhance team efficiency (schedule, protocol & follow up on appointments)
- Providing appropriate structural solutions with minimal direction
- Creating visually appealing and impactful presentations and digital sales materials to effectively convey messages to clients and stakeholders (Corporate Design PowerPoint, Journeys etc.)
- Conducting research (market, client, sector etc.) and gathering relevant market information to support the development of compelling content
- Creation of pitch-relevant materials e.g. maps, depictions of longlists, JLL tools
- Conducting proofreading and consistency checks
- Supporting effective content organization (best practice, standard & winning slides for brokers)
- Supporting resource management within the team (advance filing system and ensuring updating)
Our profile
We are seeking a highly self-motivated and meticulous individual that:
- Has a Bachelor's degree in real estate/business economics, project management, media design or equivalent experience
- Has 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Is fluent in French and English to understand the strategy, audience and objectives
- Has the ability to comprehend complex concepts, work analytically and precisely
- Exhibits strong work ethics, resourcefulness, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Can work independently and handle multiple projects under deadlines
- Is able to receive and implement constructive feedback
- Is a quick learner in new tools and processes
- Possesses a strong team-oriented attitude
- Is self-motivated and able to work independently
- Has excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Has superior understanding of graphic design principles & stays updated on visual design trends and standards
- Has strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, with a basic understanding of media design
