Marketing Coordinator

We are partnering with a Real Estate client in their search for a Marketing Coordinator on a direct hire basis. This position will be 100% in office.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing activities and oversee corporate branding efforts
• Prepare and create marketing materials (flyers, swag, signs)
• Manage the company's Linkedin presence by gathering content, creating posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance
• Create and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets
• Plan and organize company events

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
• 2 - 3+ years' experience in marketing/brand management
• Real estate industry experience a plus
• Experience with Adobe, Hootsuite, Canva and KEAP experience a plus
• Knowledge of all social networking platforms
