Head Start Family Services Manager

The Family Services Manager for Head Start is responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with all Head Start performance standards through routine monitoring of digital and hard copy files, Child Plus data entry, and monthly supervision meetings with Family Advocates and Collaborative Family Liaisons.

The manager must hold monthly family service meetings, collaborate with Education Managers to conduct monthly Case Review meetings, and work with Little Learners Managers for collaborative Case Review meetings.

Responsibilities include:

1. Hiring, training, and supervision of the Family Advocates and Collaborative Family Liaisons.
2. Providing mandated reporter training to all new staff.
3. Collaborating with other TVCCA programs and community partners to maintain consistent communication.
4. Participating in various committees to promote collaborations.
5. Involvement in the day-to-day operations of the Head Start/Early Head Start program to ensure compliance with Head Start/Early Head Start standards and TVCCA policies and procedures.

This position is 40 hours per week for 46 weeks per year.
