HVAC Service Manager- Sign on Bonus!

Skillforce is immediately seeking a skilled HVAC Service Manager for a full-time position in Orlando, FL. This is a direct hire role for a one of the largest mechanical contractors in the U.S. Offering a $5k sign on bonus!
Job Details:
Work Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours. Typical work schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm with occasional overtime and on-call times.
Locations: Orlando, FL
Salary: $100-$125k DOE, plus $5,000 sign on bonus, company truck and great benefits
HVAC Service Manager Duties:

• Supervise, schedule, direct and provide technical support for the HVAC technicians
• Review technicians work, conduct performance appraisals
• Manages larger installation, start-up and commissioning projects
• Conduct regular meetings with technicians
• Install, maintain, and repair chillers and other refrigeration systems
• Inspect and test components to ensure they are working properly
• Conduct regular maintenance to minimize downtime
• Support sales and service team with estimating, scheduling, and coordinating projects

HVAC Service Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience rebuilding chiller units
• Have current licensing or relevant experience
• Must hold a valid EPA certification
• Able to complete pre-employment screening
