Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate legal matters including mergers and acquisitions, transactional issues, and purchase and sale agreements.
2. Negotiate, draft, and review a broad range of commercial agreements and contracts.
3. Advise on corporate governance matters and assist with the preparation of board materials.
4. Assist with the management of the company's intellectual property portfolio.
5. Work closely with business teams to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Assist in the management of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
7. Develop and implement legal compliance and risk management strategies.
8. Collaborate with outside counsel as necessary.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admitted to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, transactional issues, and purchase and sale agreements.
4. Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
9. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
10. Demonstrated ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
