Apartment Maintenance and Groundskeeper

Maintenance Technician and Groundskeeper/PorterA can-do attitude, ability to stay on-task, and a solid work ethic are just some of the qualities we are searching for when it comes to adding more maintenance technicians and Groundskeepers to our expanding team.Some of the perks while working with our company include

• Weekly pay
• Reimbursement for public transportation, ($5 a day)
• No on-call
• We will work with your schedule and travel distance preferences to keep drive time at a minimum (15-20 miles MAX)

Maintenance Technician Job Responsibilities

• Plumbing: Includes the repair, replacement or installation of faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers, water-dispensing refrigerators, and washing machines.
• Electrical: includes the repair, replacement or installation of power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, ceiling fans, climate control systems, and garage doors openers.
• Drywall: includes filling in small holes caused by nails and minor dings from normal wear and tear to larger holes caused by damage.
• Painting: includes minor touch-ups following damage repair and new coats of paint applied to unit walls.
• Appliance Care: includes the repair, replacement, diagnosis and installation of major household appliances, such as refrigerators, dishwashers, range ovens, washers and dryers, hot water tanks, and air conditioners.

Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

• Previous maintenance experience (6 months), Property management experience a plus
• General knowledge of all aspects of maintenance repair: plumbing, electrical, drywall, appliance repairs and painting.

Groundskeeper/Porter Job Responsibilities:

• Working outside primarily
• Power washing/sweeping
• Basic painting
• Trash outs
• Basic janitor duties

Groundskeeper/Porter Job Requirements:

• Monday-Friday availability
• Reliable Transportation
