What will you be doing?
As a Payroll Specialist , you will work with employees and our Finance and HR Departments to manage all aspects of payroll processing. Responsibilities include:
• Processing large volume payroll for hourly and salaried employees, including new hires, terminations, overtime, etc.
• Ensuring payroll reporting and payments are compliant with company policy and applicable regulations.
• Working with system programmers to achieve solutions in ADP Workforce Now.
• Responding to employee inquiries and requests regarding payroll.
• Ensuring all statutory and other remittances are reconciled correctly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Associate Degree in finance or related field required (Bachelor's preferred)
• 3+ years experience processing large (1,000+ employees) payrolls - multi state preferred
• Experience with ADP payroll products required
• Experience with ADP Workforce now preferred
• Knowledge of Canada & USA payroll regulations an asset
