As a General Superintendent, you’ll coordinate the construction blueprints of America’s most exhilarating casino destinations, playing a critical role in shaping the future of hospitality and driving the industry’s growth.

• Our client is consistently ranked among the top #5 casino builders in the US, with an exciting new casino project already in the pipeline in Charlotte, NC. Your leadership will directly contribute to the continued success of this organization in the region.

Masterminding Constructional Excellence:

• Assume full leadership of multi-million dollar casino projects, overseeing every facet from pre-construction to final handover, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and stringent quality standards.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of Superintendents, Subcontractors, and field personnel, fostering a collaborative environment where every member becomes a major contributor in their own right.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, and Engineers to translate blueprints into awe-inspiring reality, while ensuring adherence to complex casino-specific building codes and regulations.
• Anticipate and mitigate potential challenges with a proactive approach, safeguarding project schedules and exceeding client expectations, consistently.
• Champion a culture of unwavering safety, implementing comprehensive protocols and fostering a safety-first mindset that permeates every aspect of the construction site.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and local authorities, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leverage cutting-edge construction technology and methodologies to optimize outcomes, maximize efficiency, and stay ahead of the curve in this rapidly evolving industry.

Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 15 years of proven success as a General Superintendent or similar leadership role in complex construction projects, ideally within the gaming or hospitality industry.
• A demonstrably successful track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding quality standards, with quantifiable examples to showcase your impact.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, planning, scheduling, and cost control, with a specific understanding of casino construction intricacies and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, inspiring and motivating diverse teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Unwavering commitment to safety, with a proven track record of implementing effective safety protocols and maintaining a zero-accident environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred, but not essential.
