Key Responsibilities

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a dynamic Senior Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts across the business, with a key focus on supporting our fast-paced Supply Chain team. In this role, you'll manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from attracting and engaging top talent to ensuring they align with our company’s values and goals. We need a strategic thinker who excels at relationship building, can communicate effectively, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

This role is about more than just filling positions—it’s about partnering with the business to shape our teams for future success and being a champion of Tropicana’s culture and values.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborate with department leaders to design and execute recruitment strategies for exempt roles across the organization.
  2. Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  3. Execute recruitment strategies to meet immediate hiring needs while proactively building and maintaining passive talent pipelines, acting as a brand ambassador to promote Tropicana’s culture and values.
  4. Develop and maintain talent pipelines, utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques including networking, referrals, and job boards.
  5. Guide and coach leaders on recruitment best practices and workforce planning to meet business needs and support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  6. Track and analyze recruiting metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and adjust as needed to optimize results.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree required; major in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  2. A minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience; preferably in the CPG space.
  3. Must be located in Chicago, IL or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL for the duration of employment.
  4. Willingness to adapt and thrive in a blended work environment, seamlessly transitioning between remote work and in-office operations as required. The Talent team is typically in the office every Tuesday-Thursday in the Old Post Office.
  5. Proven success in developing and executing recruiting strategies in a fast-paced environment, preferably within supply chain.
  6. Strong ability to influence decision-making at all levels and manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
  7. Deep expertise in sourcing top talent through a variety of channels, including advanced LinkedIn Recruiter strategies and techniques.
  8. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels of the organization.
  9. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a rapidly changing environment.
  10. Knowledge of employment law and regulations related to recruiting and hiring.
