Job Description

We are looking to add a District Sales Manager to our Sales Team! This position is responsible for supervising the activities of their Area Managers, establishing a regional sales plan, interfacing with all levels of the company, and gaining product knowledge. Must live in the greater Seattle area.

Other duties include:
  1. Leads, trains, educates, develops and meets standard of performance.
  2. Generates product sales to new and existing customer base through marketing and skill set.
  3. Tracks sales progress, obtains sales/production goals, and determines pricing/marketing strategies at appropriate profit margin levels.
  4. Effectively manages personnel and related disciplinary issues.
  5. Mentors and leads others in the performance of their duties in accordance with applicable laws and within company policy and procedures.
  6. Develops interpersonal relationships which encourage openness, candor, and trust, both internally and externally.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Live in the greater Seattle, Washington area.
  • 4-5 years outside foodservice sales experience with 3 years foodservice sales leadership experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with AS-400 systems.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelors in supply chain, management, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years broadline foodservice outside sales experience with at least 3+ years foodservice sales leadership experience.
