About Reddico

Founded in 2012, Reddico is an award-winning agency based in Tonbridge (Kent), but with team members located all over the UK (and the world).

We’re a digital marketing agency with a difference. We’ve stripped back the traditional frameworks of a business to create a self-managed approach – giving you a lot more responsibility and accountability in your role.

This sounds great in theory, but in reality, it’s something a lot of people will struggle with. A flat structure, no managers, setting your own targets, managing your own career progression, and making decisions without seeking approval – just some of the things you can expect from Reddico’s culture.

For the right person, Reddico is an amazing place to work. But if this structure isn’t right for you, we won’t be offended. We’re looking for people who can be open and honest, thrive in a high-performing and transparent environment, and aren’t afraid to talk about mistakes and lessons learned.

In 2020 Reddico was named the 4th best place to work in the UK – and we’re continuing to evolve and adapt the business’ culture to become even better.

The Benefits

If Reddico sounds like the perfect match for you, there are plenty of brilliant benefits on offer:

Self-managed working: You’re an adult. You choose when, how and where you work. You have the freedom to dictate your working pattern, but with the emphasis on making a positive impact.

Unlimited holiday: You can book time off as and when you need it.

Profit share: We share profit with the team each quarter.

Regular team socials: We have quarterly Reddicon events (which in the past have included the Crystal Maze, zombie apocalypses, and beginner curling lessons). There’s also the opportunity to find out more about your teammates in regular pub lunches and social events throughout the year.

Other benefits include:

12 weeks’ full pay for maternity leave.

Cycle to Work scheme.

Private health insurance.

Financial education sessions.

Mental health support.

Opportunity to be involved in charity and eco-friendly work.

Values

We have three company values we expect the team to live by:

We start with trust: We have the mindset of believing the best in people, and that our team will do the right thing. We communicate, we collaborate, we do what we say, and we give each other the hard, honest feedback.

We support & inspire each other: We’re a team. We support each other and ask for help when we need it. We share our knowledge, inspire, and put others before ourselves.

We take on responsibility: We don’t shirk responsibility, but take ownership and deliver amazing results. We’re responsible for managing ourselves and our growth. We hold ourselves accountable, and learn from mistakes.

Diversity & Inclusion

If everyone looks in the same direction, we’ll be blind to what’s behind us. We need people to challenge the system, think differently, and help Reddico become a better version of itself. To do this, we’re committed to being a diverse and inclusive workplace that you can thrive in. If you share our values and are committed to driving change, you’ll find a home at Reddico.

Recruitment Process

There are four stages to our recruitment process, and the following is what you can expect during the application process:

Fact-finding call: After you’ve submitted your application, if we like what we see and want to find out more, we’ll arrange a call between you and our in-house recruitment administrator. It’ll be a chance for both parties to ask more questions and ensure the role is right for you.

First interview: You’ll then have a first interview. This can take place in person or virtually (depending on your location), and will be with at least two people from the department. It’s a chance to find out more, understand your skills and experience, and work out if we’ll be a good fit.

Technical task: Following the success of the first interview (and depending on the role), you’ll be asked to complete a technical task and may need to present back to a number of people in the team.

Culture interview: The final stage of our recruitment process is a culture interview. This is an open and honest conversation with other people from the team on subjects such as: what it’s really like to work at Reddico, the various practices and policies, our values, and your working style. This isn’t to catch you out. It’s important you know the challenges of working at Reddico, and to give us confidence that you’d flourish in this environment.

Reddico HQ is based on Moat Farm, Five Oak Green, Kent, TN12 6RR. Due to the way we work, we also have remote team members who are not based in any of our offices but work with the team through video calls and attend company events.
