Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Estimating Commercial plumbing projects of various sizes
-Visiting customers' homes as needed and presenting them with their best options for plumbing services and products through education and excellent customer service
-Estimating, budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and management of multiple bids
-Perform calculations necessary for Plumbing work
-Coordinate submittal process on projects on sold estimates
-Coordinate with general contractors, designers and engineers on identifying changes or modifications for estimate
-Managing multiple bids simultaneously and evaluating changes through the bid process
-Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP plans
-Closing sales and achieving assigned sales performance objectives
-Willing and able to cold call for potential business as needed
Requirements:
-3+ years of sales experience
-2+ years of residential plumbing experience
-5+ Year of Commercial Plumbing Experience
-Thorough knowledge of plumbing code and systems
-Ability to read commercial and residential drawings
-Ambitious, results-oriented personality and entrepreneurial drive
-Knowledge of In-home sales process with residential customers
-Experience with estimating software such as FastPipe is a plus
-Solid understanding of wide variety of Plumbing Equipment and Materials
