Job Details

• Full-time Permanent Position (Exact Schedule will be discussed with the employer)
• Multiple locations available in Putnam County, New York
• One year or more of experience as an NP/PA in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required
• Responsibilities include Seeing mostly the adult population treating allergic rhinitis, Sinusitis, Tonsillitis, Bronchitis, Urinary tract infections, Musculoskeletal pain, Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Thyroid abnormalities, Chronic kidney disease, End-stage renal disease, and COPD
• New York license in hand or in process are welcome to apply
