Capture Manager, Lead
Key Role:
Lead large complex capture efforts by developing and executing capture strategies focused on the space defense industry. Use both capture and business development expertise, while leveraging functional engineering expertise to build addressable market and increased technical solutions development work. Lead complex negotiations with industry partners to build teams in support of large complex procurements. Lead capture for complex and technical bids, including identifying and comprehending clients’ requirements and buying patterns, developing complex technical solution options, and building a cost-competitive industry team that can deliver client impact through a winning bid. Drive market-based competitive intelligence, market assessments, client assessments, and strategic planning efforts in support of expanding specific client-based opportunity portfolios and pipeline. Manage key stakeholder relationships and keep the business leadership team informed and engaged in advancing strategic partnerships with clients and industry partners.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with multi-discipline solutioning for the DoD, Intelligence, or Civil agencies in the space community
- 5+ years of experience in leading the development of large-scale captures with the direct management of complex solutioning re-focused on single captures
- Experience with leading large captures and developing complex technical solutions
- Experience with execution of all phases of a large and multi-year capture efforts, including capture planning, shaping, teaming, proposals, competitive, and price-to-win analyses
- Ability to communicate multi-step and interdependent activities effectively to capture teams and ensure efficient execution of captured efforts
- Ability to lead teams and stakeholders throughout the capture process
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience in developing or building space or ground segment systems for commercial or Federal Government customers
- Experience with leading captures of large business opportunities
- TS/SCI clearance
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,000.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
