Administrative Specialist

The Job

  • You will provide specialized administrative support for all HR functions, including recruiting, benefits, leave, and compensation.
  • Provide direct assistance to our Team Members, Management Team, Candidates, Vendors and Customers as a valued information resource.
  • Provide support for, or manage complex projects, provide specialized program management, and coordinate and manage multiple aspects of HR's many record-keeping and administrative functions
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A genuine desire to help and provide an excellent service experience to all of those you come in contact with.
  • Prior Administrative work experience. Ideal candidates will have two or more years of administrative support experience on an HR team.
  • A willingness to learn Jerry's unique culture, adapt to our unique business processes and procedures, and learn by asking questions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
  • Excellent prioritization, organizational, time management, and both written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, with a demonstrated ability to utilize higher-level features across all of these applications.

Compensation

  • Hourly position starting at $48,400 per year, including Overtime
  • Full time position with benefits

Schedule

  • Scheduled 40-45 hours a week, with occasional weekends as needed for special projects
  • The position will work at our Corporate office
