Child Care Center Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Director to oversee the operations of our child care center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and a strong background in educational administration.

Duties:

1. Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children.
2. Supervise and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction and care for children.
3. Manage day-to-day operations, including budgeting, enrollment, and parent communication.
4. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community stakeholders to create a positive learning environment.
5. Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and safety standards.

Skills:

1. Higher Education Teaching: Experience in teaching or developing educational programs at the university level.
2. Experience Working with Students: Previous experience working directly with students in an educational setting.
3. Educational Administration: Knowledge of educational administration practices and regulations.
4. Educate: Ability to educate children effectively using developmentally appropriate practices.
5. University: Familiarity with university-level education standards.

Pay: $37,319.50 - $44,943.92 per year
