Summary
The role of Account Executive supports day-to-day activities on a client’s brand. The Account Executive role offers significant opportunity for learning and growth, delivering work that meets client objectives and aligns with core brand strategies. The Account Executive ensures flawless execution and strong collaboration with creative teams to deliver optimal output.
The Role
- Manage fast-paced, accurate, timely, and on-budget delivery of multiple campaigns across all media.
- High attention to detail and strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Lead competitive research and begin to craft agency POVs with guidance.
- Build strong partnerships with clients across all internal departments and agency external partners.
- Manage cross-discipline teams, providing guidance, clear direction, and thought leadership on a day-to-day basis.
- Establish, improve, and maintain processes and documents to aid in the organization and accuracy of how projects run.
- Manage development of project briefs, including reviewing deliverables against briefs and client requests/revisions.
- Seek opportunities to assist on higher-level strategic projects.
Must Have:
- 2-3 years of agency experience in account management.
- Experience working on digital and social campaign development including digital banners, custom digital, OLV/CTV, and social.
- Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills.
- A strong interest in advertising accompanied by motivation to build career skills and continually improve his or her professional knowledge base.
- Ability to work well with a wide range of people at various levels, both internally and externally.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment while juggling multiple deliverables.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead internal meetings, take notes, and address next steps.
- Client budgeting and maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Nice To Have
- Strong creative instincts.
- Understanding of and ability to communicate details around talent and residuals.
- Working knowledge of production (either video or stills).
