Robert Half Marketing and Creative is currently hiring for a Paid Media Manager for a client in the Sandy Springs area. This is a direct hire role, 3 days onsite. MUST BE AN EXPERT IN PPC.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience profiles.
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEM/SEO, webinars, events, and more.
- Content Creation: Work with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content assets, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, infographics, and videos, to support demand generation initiatives.
- Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) to build and manage lead nurturing workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and forms, ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation activities, using data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Lead Management: Implement lead scoring and qualification processes to prioritize leads for sales follow-up, working closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff and alignment.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong collaboration and communication across marketing, sales, and other relevant teams, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and performance metrics.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the (industry/sector) space.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimizations.
