Robert Half Marketing and Creative is currently hiring for a Paid Media Manager for a client in the Sandy Springs area. This is a direct hire role, 3 days onsite. MUST BE AN EXPERT IN PPC.


  1. Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute demand generation strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience profiles.
  2. Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEM/SEO, webinars, events, and more.
  3. Content Creation: Work with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content assets, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, infographics, and videos, to support demand generation initiatives.
  4. Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) to build and manage lead nurturing workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and forms, ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  5. Data Analysis and Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of demand generation activities, using data-driven insights to optimize campaign effectiveness, conversion rates, and ROI.
  6. Lead Management: Implement lead scoring and qualification processes to prioritize leads for sales follow-up, working closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handoff and alignment.
  7. Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong collaboration and communication across marketing, sales, and other relevant teams, ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and performance metrics.


  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the (industry/sector) space.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive measurable results.
  • Strong proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimizations.
