How your role fits into Boldt:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and manage all aspects of the development and implementation of large, multifaceted projects from original concept to final implementation and commissioning. You will be responsible for training and coaching project teams while protecting and promoting Boldt's interests. This role ensures work meets safety standards, is within schedule requirements, and constructed to the highest level of quality within budget. You will lead communication efforts for internal and external project reporting and manage the project team.

  • Coordinate subcontractor meetings and maintain production visuals.

COST:

  • Control costs to achieve project goals.
  • Analyze expenditures to conform to budget requirements.
  • Provide timely reports on project operating conditions.

RISK:

  • Oversee contract item lists and develop trade scope documents.
  • Manage risk identification, analysis, and response planning.

LEADERSHIP:

  • Serve others while focusing on project outcomes.
  • Empower project team development through supervision and mentoring.

What we expect from you:

  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required.
  • Ten or more years of experience in construction project management.
  • IPD/LEAN/IFOA experience in the healthcare sector preferred.
  • Broad understanding of project delivery including financial data.
  • Proficiency in O365 office suite.

Physical requirements and working conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to position objects and operate tools or controls. Employee frequently uses a computer keyboard and occasionally maneuvers in confined spaces. The employee regularly travels to construction sites and may be required to work in varying conditions. Specific abilities required include close vision and effective communication on-site.
