Accountable for identifying and solving simple to moderately complex operational accounting issues. Responsible for the review and completion of accounting journal entries, ensuring accuracy of GL within assigned areas. Accountable for proper accounting, reconciliation and communication to primary investigators associated with internal research grants. Responsible for coordinating the initiation of wire transfers, especially those related to study groups. Responsible for the review and reconciliation of most University cash accounts to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.Responsible for the effective supervision of staff as assigned and coordinates work flow from the accounts payable/payroll and general ledger team.Technical CompetenciesName Financial AnalysisDescriptionAbility to conduct moderately complex financial analysis.
