Description
JOB SUMMARY
This is an exciting opportunity to build and develop a world-class event marketing team that aggressively promotes Gunton and Pella products while representing the brand at local events. This person creates exceptional customer experiences and supports the delivery of margin, bookings, and market share growth consistent with overall company strategy across all sales segments.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research local festivals and events and build execution strategy for the marketing team.
• Attends local events, festivals, kiosks, and other creative channels to promote Pella products and convert leads into appointments and quoting opportunities for the sales teams.
• Creates or partners on creation of marketing materials to elevate brand engagement at events.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of event marketers to maximize impact at events.
• Exceed weekly, monthly, and annual appointment targets.
• Support company functions and promote initiatives that improve employee engagement.
• Handle all customer requests timely and professional.
• Gain trust, respect, and buy-in from your team and other department teams through effective leadership.
• Always exhibit the highest standard of personal ethics and adhere to all Gunton Corporation policies.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by your manager.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
Reports to Segment Manager, Area Sales Manager or Regional Manager based on the divisional structure.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years of experience managing or coordinating events
• Valid driver's license with four points or less during the last three years
• Reliable transportation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• College or university degree
• Previous sales or marketing experience
• Construction background, window, and door replacement experience is a plus

$50,000 base salary + incentive
