Travel Nurse RN - Home Health in Lacey, WA

Weekly Pay Range - $2259 To $2510

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse

**Shift:** Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
**Guaranteed Hours:** Per contract, the facility can call off up to one shift per pay period (every two weeks) if needed.
**Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of skilled home health experience required
**License:** Current nursing license; pending licenses accepted
**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS) required
**Must-Have:**
- Own transportation
- References covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years
**Job Description:**
- Provide skilled home health nursing care in assigned areas
- Visit up to 6 patients per day, maintaining a standard of 30 productivity points
- Schedule: 8-hour day shifts; no weekend or on-call requirements
- Flexibility required as floating between facilities within the state may be needed
- Utilize EPIC for charting; Oasis experience preferred but not required
- Comply with COVID-19 vaccine requirements; Medical/Religious exemptions allowed
**Special Requirements:**
- System efficiently groups clients to minimize driving distance with an occasional maximum radius of 50+ miles
- Open to local candidates accepted within a 50-75 mile radius at the same rate
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and travel between patient locations within the defined area.
