Senior Recruiter needed for a Hybrid opportunity supporting one of DZConnex's RPO clients in the Aviation Industry in Springfield, IL!

  • AVIATION recruiting experience for positions such as: A&P Mechanics | Welders | Facilities | Shop Managers | Machinists | Shipping & Receiving | Material Controller | Maintenance
  • Proven Recruiting experience in a Fast pace environment
  • EXCELLENT and EFFECTIVE communication and follow-up skills (written, speaking, verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task is a MUST and the ability to change direction as needed to adapt to the client’s needs
  • Client Relationship Management
  • On-site Client Facing Experience
  • High-energy and passion
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Passive Candidate Sourcing
  • Recruiting experience in corporate environment
  • Clear understanding of Boolean language and strong ability to use effectively in Internet sourcing
  • Skilled in candidate screening & interviewing
  • Ability to source candidates from job boards, niche sites, job fairs, networking
  • Ability to work within contractual time constraints to meet objectives
  • Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; web-based applications; applicant tracking
  • Flexibility in order to meet customer needs and deadlines is a MUST
  • Ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural, team environment


What You’ll Be Doing:

Consult and advise Internal Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers on overall hiring process, collaborate on job requisition details and creation, and advise on effective candidate assessment/interview techniques

  • Review job descriptions to ensure proper advertisement format for internet job postings and target niche sites
  • Develop with Client Talent Acquisition team effective sourcing strategies to be initiated by recruiter
  • Source talented and diverse candidates through creative methods
  • Effectively screen and interview candidates to assess skill & cultural fit
  • Maintain knowledge of the business supported and market demographics
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, Internal Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers to ensure hiring requirements are met
  • Ensure positive applicant experience through the interview and hiring process
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts
  • Consistently update applicant tracking system and Talent Acquisition Team and hiring managers in a timely manner
  • Ensure regulatory as well as client specific compliance

In compliance with this state’s pay transparency laws, the wage range for this role is $30 - 40 / hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
