We're looking for candidates with 2+ years of field experience as a Quality Inspector
Overview of your day-to-day
• Test and inspect products at various stages of the production process and evaluate statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.
• Select Products for Test as specified at different stages in production process
• Test products for a variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance, mechanical, electrical or chemical characteristics.
• Record and evaluate test data, apply statistical quality control procedures
What qualifies you?
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry such as: decimals, fractions, length, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to read and comprehend electrical and mechanical schematics and drawings.
• Ability to use mechanical measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, computers and electrical measurement tools, etc.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
• Extensive knowledge of IPC-600 and IPC 610
• Prior certification Of MIL-STD 2000 is preferred
• Reworking CCAs
• Detail oriented and self-motivated.
• Work in a team environment and must have good interpersonal skills.
