The Enterprise Data Protection team is responsible for the structured and unstructured data protection across the data landscape in the organization. The job role involves managing and maintaining information/data protection services within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an interface with multiple sub–groups within a business unit or functional area for the purpose of business technology alignment, solution discovery, solutions delivery, project portfolio management, and relationship management.
• Architect and design complex business process/application solutions to address cross–functional needs and convert design to functional and technical specifications.
• Identify and recommend industry best–known methods for integrated solution design and standards.
• Provide and/or oversee business application functional support services to meet customer performance, availability, service level agreements, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Oversee monitoring of specific IT systems or set of systems and tuning of such systems for availability and performance.
• Drive the team during outages and provide resolution of outages, completion of root cause analysis, coordinating with infrastructure and technical teams, service providers, and vendors.
• Drive implementation of corrective and preventative actions. Evaluate/recommend/plans life cycle for patches, point releases, and major upgrades.
• Deliver project and support services within area of responsibility within allocated budget.
• Develop understanding of cost model and cost drivers for service(s) and recommend service area budgets and cost optimization activities. May be responsible for timely renewal of maintenance and subscription contracts.
• Ensure adherence to GIS project management, service management, change management, root cause analysis and other relevant compliance, processes, standards, governance, and controls.
• Participate in the execution of SOX controls & ISO audits and support internal and external audits.
• Plan and manage medium to large scale cross–functional projects to ensure effective and efficient execution in line with guardrails of scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
• Oversee contingent workers performing operations/project tasks/assignments and ensure work product quality.

Requirements – Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• 10 – 14 years of work experience in the IT Industry.
• Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in Information Protection/Security, Data/Cloud Security area.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in Cloud Security Technologies.
• Familiar with information security industry standards, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Design and implementation experience on Proxy, DLP, DRM, IRM solutions.
• Design and implementation experience on UEBA/SIEM & CASB solutions.
• Design and implementation experience on Database security solutions.
• Experience in Insider Threat hunting, Indicators of Compromise, MITRE Framework, etc.
• Knowledge of Cloud solutions – O365, Azure & AWS.
• Knowledge in scripting and automation using PowerShell/Perl/Python.
• Ability to create As–Is / To–Be Process Flows. Identify changes to workflow/impact to workforce.
• Document 'Solution Design Document', including process flows, business & technical requirements, and exception handling rules.

U.S. Salary Range: $120,000.00 – $165,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job–related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and stock award program, as applicable.
