The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing all aspects of the deposition process, including both taking and defending depositions. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deposition Preparation & Execution: Review pleadings, discovery responses, and case documents
- Develop thorough deposition outlines and conduct depositions (both taking and defending)
- Prepare witnesses for depositions
- Case Assessment & Strategy
- Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct research on case law and statutes to support deposition goals
- Attend court hearings and assist with trial prep
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3-5 years of solid litigation experience with a focus on depositions in state and federal cases
- A stable work history
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong skills in managing the entire deposition process, from preparation to execution
- Bonus: Experience with Lemon Law cases is a plus!
