The more complex their challenges , the more excited you are about leading the charge to solve them.The WorkTeam with Public Sector clients on their Salesforce functional transformation programs through your combined Salesforce application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:Engage with C level customers (Agency Secretaries, Department Directors, CIO’s, CTO’s etc.) on the business challenges/trends and the potential value of Salesforce solutions (current & future)Support customers in defining their Salesforce journey through the development of business cases & roadmaps to be positioned earlier in the sales cycle (including origination, proposal development and client presentations)Set strategic – and achievable – near-term goals for clients and project teams and find the best approach for a client’s unique digital transformation challengeLead large teams on projects of varying size and scope – helping them set transformational roadmaps - onsite with clients or within AccentureArchitect e2e Public Sector application solutions that leverage Salesforce technologies, custom apps, & add on partner solutionsTeam with current and future customers on Salesforce transformations based on multi project/year experience in implementing Salesforce smart functional solutionsTeam up with Accenture Asset / Subindustry Teams to provide guidance on optimal usage of Salesforce Public Sector FoundationsDesign complex technology solutions to business requirement/challenges leveraging the full ecosystem and technology innovationBecome a trusted expert and influencer to help your clients, team, and Accenture Leadership stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations across your area of expertiseHarvest and build thought leadership, assets, and best practicesBuild relationships with Salesforce software vendors.Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here’s What You NeedA minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Public Sector clients and/or the Public Sector IndustryA minimum of 4 years of experience with the Salesforce Platform and large - scale business transformation and with exposure to a minimum of 3 technology implementation of a full life cycle Salesforce engagementA minimum 4 years’ experience in a professional services/consulting or industry settingA minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Salesforce strategy & solution architecture design (business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture, user experience, process improvement), advisory, project management, delivery and team management leading high performing teams or business analysis in full lifecycle technology engagements ( i.e. you can scope out, plan, and deliver a project on time and on budget)Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If you have an Associate’s Degree , you must have a minimum of 6 years work experienceBonus Points IfYou have experience with Salesforce Public Sector Foundations.You are comfortable presenting directly to the C-Suite and you can explain complex concepts to anyone from an intern to a Chief Financial Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer or Chief Marketing OfficerYou are a leader who can manage and navigate your team through the difficulties of a client projectYou have a very strong work ethic with a fervent customer service focus.You have experience leading and mentoring teams of up to 30 people.Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
