Responsibilities:

  1. Manage large amounts of complex data and run quantitative queries.
  2. Identify unique data sets, deep dive into a diverse set of data.
  3. Build statistical analysis and financial modeling techniques to large data sets.

Qualifications:

  1. Master's or PhD degree from a top tier university in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, operational research, computer science, finance or economics.
  2. Python and Pandas programming capabilities.
  3. Prior experience working or Internship at a Financial firm or leading technology firm is a plus.
  4. Proficiency with statistical and data analysis and programming tools such as R, SAS, Stata, SQL or Matlab.

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree from a top computer science program with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. PhD preferred. Top computer science program preferred (Carnegie Mellon University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology/MIT, Stanford University, University of California-Berkeley, Cornell University, University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign, Princeton University, University of Washington, University of Texas-Austin, Georgia Institute of Technology, California Institute of Technology, University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, etc.).
