What You'll Be Doing:
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in the Real Estate Sector, specifically focused on supporting our third-party products. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our offerings, including Trestle, MLS Pin, and Direct to Agent Products. This position requires a deep understanding of real estate technologies and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact for Trestle, MLS Pin, and Direct to Agent Products, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of each product's features and benefits.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional support to clients utilizing our third-party products, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Training & Education: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for clients and internal teams to maximize product adoption and usage.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and sales teams to align on product enhancements, marketing strategies, and client feedback.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and enhancements, ensuring our offerings meet market needs.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and product performance metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the real estate sector, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and client needs.
- Sales Background: At least 3 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for clients and the organization.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with real estate technologies and CRM systems, with a willingness to adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
