Senior Manager Tax - International

Summary:
Responsible for the management of income tax for regions outside of the United States.
Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage federal income tax compliance and reporting required due to international operations. This includes, but is not limited to:


• Coordinating preparation of annual consolidated tax returns.


• Manage outsourced and internal teams.
• Manage international tax attributes.
• Determination of estimated payment requirements.
• Reconciliation of tax liability accounts.
• Preparation and assistance with quarterly and annual tax provisions.
• Preparation and monitoring of FIN 48 issues related to international operations.
• Exploring tax planning opportunities to minimize tax exposure.


• Manage tax audits.
• Manage tax authority correspondence.
• Manage transfer pricing matters.
• Assist with tax analysis of M&A activity.
• Assist with other special projects as requested by the Head of Tax.

Skills/Knowledge

• Broad knowledge of International Tax.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• CPA preferred.

Experience

• 8-10 years of combined international corporate tax experience in both industry and Big 4 public accounting preferred.
