SUMMARY
Performs a variety of customer service and sales related duties
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Maryville's core business including Pricing control and spot quotation.
- Material Quality and PCR/ECI management.
- Program launch and phase out.
- Troubleshooting and team support for abnormal decision-making.
- Customer/ Supplier meeting facilitation.
- Manage abnormal costs, mitigate financial risks, and monitor profitability as it relates to sales and supply chain management.
- Manage and track KPIs / FMDS and monthly review and reporting of monthly vs. actual financial results and projections
- Review quarterly reviews from our customers' "supplier report cards," and systematically manage customer comments and complaints in an effort to provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customer's needs are being met in a timely and professional manner.
- Internal coordinating/facilitation (material damage, accounting issues, invoicing issues, follow-ups, etc.).
- Support and apply SOPs correctly so to ensure TAI is compliant with all standards.
- Actively engage with existing customers to identify needs and potential business opportunities.
- Actively pursue kaizen activities and standardization measures to control costs and systematically manage these items (i.e. kaizen reports).
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred majors in Business Management or Supply Chain Management
- Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills.
- Must be detail-oriented.
- Experience in supply chain management and familiarity with coordinating activities with warehouses and logistics service providers.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
