Job Roles & Responsibilities
What will you do?
- Work on business consulting engagements as part of a cross-cultural team across regions.
- Be responsible for the delivery of business results to leading commercial banks, retail banks, investment banks, market utilities, and intermediaries.
- Analyze problems and come up with solutions, often creative and out-of-the-box.
- Apply business consulting frameworks and methodologies to address business problems.
- Lead workshops and collaborate with client stakeholders located across geographies.
- Lead/contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings, and internal initiatives.
- Develop thought leadership collaterals and knowledge artefacts.
- Participate in a variety of firm building events.
Your Profile
We are looking for smart, self-driven, high-energy people with top-notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and passion for excellence.
1. We are looking for people with deep understanding of Financial services and in-depth expertise in Banking industry, with experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Banking industry knowledge: Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Trade Finance, Core Banking Transformation, Corporate Banking, Mobile Banking, Lending, Mortgages, AML/KYC.
- Horizontal skills: Digital Transformation, Customer Experience Design, Business Strategy, IT Strategy, Process Consulting, Product Implementation, Cost Optimization, Business Architecture, Business Analysis and Post-merger Integration, Automation, Program Management, Change Management, Agile delivery.
- Emerging Technologies: Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud, Blockchain, Social & Mobility.
2. Consulting & advisory experience with top-tier consulting organizations is strongly preferred.
3. Only full-time MBA from top-tier business schools / Chartered Accountants (CA) need to apply.
Applicants need to have a blend of in-depth domain expertise, strong business consulting skills, and excellent soft skills.
