Due to the continued success and growth of Inzpire as the UK military White Force provider of choice, we are seeking exceptional individuals with flying expertise in modern Combat Air (CA) to work within various areas of the business.
We are looking for expertise in the following key areas:
- Knowledge and experience to accurately emulate UK and coalition partner CA platforms during live and synthetic exercises and within both contested and uncontested environments.
- Ability to accurately represent both UK and NATO counter air tactics, techniques and procedures within a synthetic and live environment.
- Knowledge to design, build, deliver and update ground school lessons including (but not limited to): basic weapons employment, CA platforms and capabilities, and CA platform sensors.
- A working knowledge of and ability to apply UK military governing principles (as examples Rules of Engagement and the Law of Armed Conflict).
The Person
We are looking for truly exceptional, professionally credible, ‘hands-on’ aircrew CA experts.
The successful individual will have expertise in the employment of multi-role CA platforms as a pilot and an excellent instructional pedigree.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate evidence to support the following requisite skills and traits:
- UK, US / NATO military Aircrew (Pilot qualification highly desirable):
- Possess exceptional communication skills:

Highly Desirable
- Qualified Weapons Instructor (QWI), Aggressor or US/NATO Exchange, Electronic Warfare Instructor (EWI), or Qualified Flying Instructor (QFI) qualifications:
- 4th or 5th Generation CA platform experience.
Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
