Role Overview

As the Director of Sales, you will be at the forefront of engaging CRE Brokers from across the United States and offering them unparalleled access to our cutting-edge CRE financing platform. Your mission is to engage CRE brokers, integrate their clients’ deals into our marketplace, and collaborate with internal teams to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to enhance market share and foster strong client relationships.
2. Team Management and Development: Build and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

1. Degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
2. 10+ years in a sales role within a SaaS or Marketplace company.
3. 3+ years in a sales leadership role.
4. Extensive experience in the CRE industry, especially in lending.
5. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership and communication skills.
