James Martin Vanities is currently seeking the right individual to fill the role of Sr. National Sales Manager (VP of Sales). The Senior National Sales Manager (VP Of Sales) will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies; identifying potential customers; leading existing customer and vendor relationships; and supervising customer and competitor activity and industry trends.

Position Details:

  • Reports to President of JMV
  • $70 million in Sales for JMV’s multiple distribution channels and direct oversight of a team of 16.
  • This is a Hybrid role based out of our South Bend, IN location, in accordance with the JMV Flex schedule; 3 days office / 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Advises implementation and execution of sales policies and practices
  • Recommends sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with key customers such as Home Depot, Lowes, Ferguson, among others
  • Participate in leadership meetings and represent associate concerns, policies, and guidelines to the management team
  • Prepare and present presentations
  • Ensuring pricing strategies align with current business environment
  • Advises sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
  • Improve workforce to ensure sales growth, customer happiness and results, and profitability
  • Represent the organization to customers, associates and leadership as needed, visit customers and conduct regular associate meetings

Qualifications:

  • BS degree in Management, or related business, technical, or education field and/or combined education and experience equivalent
  • 10+ years of prior experience is preferred
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
  • Ability to optimally communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to groups
  • Ability to lead and empower individuals and teams
  • Proficient in digital literacy with emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to efficiently operate tablets and mobile devices
  • Able to use latitude given within job parameters to make independent decisions
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet targets goals; Able to prioritize multiple tasks

Pay Range:

$9,900.00 - $16,133.70

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
